Unsatisfactory. Clothes promised on a Tuesday and not ready until Friday, when I was out of town already. When I went to pick up the clothes, it took 15 minutes to pay because the computer wouldn't account for the amount properly. All in all a VERY negative experience.
When I turned in the 2 ladies pants to be hemmed I gave the lady a coupon for one free one. When I came to pick up the pants I was charged for two. The clerk did not know what to do and had to call someone which took 20 minutes to resolve. Another customer came in during this wait and was very unhappy to have to wait.
Staff was courteous and friendly and did a great job on my clothes!
Your prices are waaaay too high. We will not be returning.
My pants were promised for Tuesday but They weren't ready until Friday and I left for trip by then.
Orders were ready sooner than expected; staff was very courteous and professional - staff found clothes promptly and collected payment efficiently. Quality of the dry cleaning is excellent - wrapped nicely on quality reusable hangers, shirts pressed without any flaws and pants/suits pressed perfectly. Thank you.

appreciate the e mail reminder - stains came out well! Most importantly, I appreciate that my clothes don't smell like chemicals!
Order was ready before they said it would be, but unfortunately one of the shirts was set aside due to some marks on it. I can't say for sure if they were there before because I didn't check prior to dropping them off; my fault there and a lesson learned. But based on that, other reviews, and because they are going to work on it again, I will put this one on myself and not Kona. That being said I wish I had known that ahead of time instead of when I went to pick up my order, and it's good that I will still be in the area ... read more
