Great customer service and I got my clothes back within 24 hours!
Very efficiently and fast, love the communication regarding when my clothing is ready and pricing.
My comforter got lost for 2.5 weeks and if I hadn’t stayed on top of it I still would not have it back. The people in the store did nothing to help locate it and when they told me they’d be informing Diane (in corporate I assume)regarding the comforter and that she would be calling me ASAP but she never did. I had to reach out to her. Nobody ever told Diane of the issue.

Since moving to Anaheim Hills two months ago, this is the third cleaners I have tried and Kona Cleaners was amazing! My order was ready the next day, not three days later like the other two cleaners I had used prior. I love the technology with being e-mailed and texted when my order was ready - I am one happy customer=-)

I appreciated being able to pick up my cleaned item the next day after bringing it in, and it was helpful to have notification by email and text when my item was ready for pickup. I was happy with the condition of my item, and satisfied that it was cleaned well, and would use this service again in the future.
