The dry cleaning was done just fine but the customer service was not good at all. In fact, it was awful and it wasnt the first time.
Alteration done as requested and on time.
We appreciate the expedited service we received for hemming my child’s band pants. We only had 1 week to get it done before a big parade and Kona Cleaners came through for us. We even got it back 1 day earlier than promised!
Great customer service..
I asked alterations for 3 pants. But two pants length wasn't even. And they tried to fix it. Another problems happened. Shoter side fixed same as longer side. It's supposed that longer side make shorter. I'm really disappointed.
Always polite and nice. Service is perfect. Always on time.
Was able to get a suit cleaned and hemmed in one day.
The staff is always very nice and polite
