I really wasn’t sure about the cleaners after it changed hands. Now it’s closed are done off premises But with the lady at the counter, she’s been there with the other owner. She really reassured me that she would be there and everything would be OK walk me through the process. Made me extremely happy So far, everything has been great. The cleaners used to provide pricing or allow me to pay in advance for the cost to dry clean my clothes. They no longer provide either service. They are way over priced. I'm confident they are forwarding their cost to the customer to renovate the place. My wife is looking to give the business to one of their competitors.
Dropped off my 3 dress shirts 1 day and they were finished the next business day. The Employee at the front counter was very friendly. I love the text message alert when your items are ready for pick up.
This cleaners used to be Sams cleaners for years in Chino Hills. Now it has new owners and a new name, and the cleaners is called Kona cleaners. It’s been all remodeled and looks beautiful. Paula and Laura have great customer service skills, they’re always so helpful and kind and asking you how is your day going? Came here to have my pants for repair. They said it was going to be 2 weeks but it was less than that, 9 days to be exact. I thought they were not going to be able to but they said they could. The cost was $9 which was surprisingly cheap in my opinion. Will come back again for repair or dry cleaning.
