Overall the quality of the work done is great and to our satisfaction. It's a nice, new facility in Ontario Ranch. The complaint we have is the pricing per garment. After further review the individual prices are actually the most expensive we have seen in comparison to other dry cleaners in the area. Again, the quality of the work was great, unfortunately the high cost is what will prohibit us from using your service in the future.

I have been a customer of the Ontario Rancho store for a little over a year. Recently my dress shirts have been returned with the collar pressed 1/2 way down which makes the collar stand much higher in the back. I have had to iron them along the seam before I could wear them. Last week I picked up my weekly laundry and two of the five shirts were pressed with the collar too high again instead of along the seam.
