Kona Cleaners specialty is providing excellent customer service, whether it’s removing impossible stains, sizing a hat, or very exact tailoring. They are friendly and attentive to the needs of their customers and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I love Kona Cleaners! Next day service, bar code tracking instead of some stapled piece of paper on my clothes, the text alerts that my order is ready, the phone app that allows me to see if I have orders there or let you know I’m on my way to pick up my order. All that plus your great staff AND you do a great job on my clothes. I’ve moved a few times and had to go somewhere else to get my clothes cleaned and I’m just not happy with anyone else.
