I am always greeted with a smile and hello. The employees always deliver service excellence. I truly love the way the military is honored by complimentary dry cleaning of their uniforms. I was sold when I noticed my sisters and brothers in blue used Kona.
I absolutely love the customer service there ! BUT every time I get my close back after telling them OVER and OVER not to put clips on my husbands sleeves of his dress shirts because it wrinkles them.,,, THEY STILL DO!!!! 😡😡 and they still charge me full price and I still take them home and iron them 😩 please help me out and look into fixing this problem! Thank you.
