My item was delayed due to unforeseen reasons and the staff did everything they could to make sure I received my item in time. Rosa and her staff are wonderful!

Well I live this cleaners, the staff is fantastic!! The concern is that the staff gives instructions and the people that clean the garments don't read. Also on several occasions I have double press's on my pants legs. The staff request that my French cuffs come unfolded and they come folded. I'm still a customer anyway
