I received the best customer service from Kona Cleaners today! All my energy was exhausted earlier this morning trying to find a cleaners to do simple measurements for my cap and gown.. I even offered to pay for the service. All the cleaners still said no. If fact, before I could finish asking the question, the managers cut me off and quickly said they didn’t do measurements; even when they had sewing machine visible; demonstrating they do alterations. Everyone is always so helpful and pleasant. None of our items have ever been damaged or lost. This dry cleaners is not the closest on to me but I’m willing to travel a little farther for the service Kona Cleaners provides.
