I received the best customer service from Kona Cleaners today! All my energy was exhausted earlier this morning trying to find a cleaners to do simple measurements for my cap and gown.. I even offered to pay for the service. All the cleaners still said no. If fact, before I could finish asking the question, the managers cut me off and quickly said they didn’t do measurements; even when they had sewing machine visible; demonstrating they do alterations.
