I’m still a newer customer to Kona Cleaners (Fontana), but each visit has always been stellar. Not only and I greeted upon walking in, but I notice the team is quick to acknowledge customers and they do not hesitate to jump right in to assist them. Cody Dreher, Elias, and Marcos were a pleasure to talk to during my intake, and pickup. Always the same great experience with you guys. I’ve been with Kona now for well over 10+ years and they are always on point with their customer service, clothes are always done right and the time frame of when they will be ready is always on time or sometimes sooner. They also do a great job of communicating when the clothes are ready via email, text, or even a phone call.

My experience with Kona is always great. I’ve been getting my clothes cleaned with them for more than 19 years and the service and professionalism is always top notch. Staff no matter the location is always welcoming and friendly. They do a great job of communicating when the clothes with be ready, and their prices are really good too.
