They misplaced a polo shirt and basically stated they never received it. After pushing the issue they said they would review the video tapes and contact me the next day. After not receiving a phone call back, I contacted them again and had explain the whole situation over again to which they stated they never received it, but would need to review the video and get back to me again! After four days we received a phone call stating they had found the polo shirt and we could pick it up. No apology of any kind was offered.

I dropped off a white shirt and black slacks for my son HS graduation when I picked up and went home my son got ready and the slacks were nicely pressed but nothing was done with shirt it was wrinkled and not pressed. Very disappointed :(

when I first ever went to this cleaners, it was BOSTON CLEANERS which changed o KONA cleaners, I was quoted a price by Jackie for $12 to put a metal zipper in my pants, however, when I received an email to let me know my pants were ready, the price changed to $14 dollars, , I had taken my sister's dresses in as well and was quote a price of $7 , I went outside to let my sister know the price, ok I went back in and said ok my sister said ok, then I was quoted a price of $8.25 , my sister said that's ok, I will go somewhere... read more
I'm all about saving money and excellent customer service. I wish I would have known that the only time you can use a coupon or get the $5 credit was at drop off. When I dropped off my items I wasn't informed nor did I scope out the shop looking for this info. When I picked up my items the lady told me the sign is there and didn't I read it. Said couldn't give me the discount even if she wanted to because she'd have to make a call to change the total.
I needed 5 pairs of ladies slacks altered due to weight loss. The price was reasonable so I opted for alterations. I paid for them and brought them home to try on. Not one pair was altered the way the person Who fitted and pinned them. So, I brought them back to be corrected. One small job on a pair was to sew a hook closure on the waistband.
