My experience is always good staff is friendly and nice, the only thing I would say is that the staff members might need more education regards to the process of dry cleaning and understanding how to explain what you guys do and the process of it some of them did not know it when I asked what is the process of dry cleaning.My clothes always come back good nicely pressed and any alterations done very well.
Very professional service
The best in their trade. They ask if you want a button replaced and will actually go out and try and find a replacement. Great staff and very attentive. It’s so easy to drop off and pick up. I don’t even need to take my wallet in to pay as they keep your card on file. It’s that easy. Also, while I haven’t tried the pick up and delivery service....it’s another great feature for customers. Lastly, the prices are GREAT! not expensive at all!!! Try Kona...uou’ll See what I mean. Oh yes, early hours and Saturday and Sunday too!

The associate could have been a little welcoming. I express it was my first time using the service. I thought she offer an appointment incentive initially, however, after I pick up my items, I was given an e-coupon. My Blazers turned out nicely pressed.
