I am quite pleased with this establishments customer service. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the associates name but she was courteous, personable and professional. It’s a pleasant surprise to see a dry cleaner open on Sunday. This was a wise move and will certainly stifle the competition! Thank you for the rapid turn around and the more than reasonable pricing. Lovely customer service. However at pick up, I was informed that our comforter was mixed up with another customer's and that I would need to verify that the one I was picking up was mine. I very much appreciated the honesty but attention to detail and keeping track of my comforter would have made my experience better. It's easy to identify clothes but comforters are a little harder to identify because they're all white and fluffy.
