The service is excellent, the people who work there have a super nice and attentive to your requests. I really like the extra service of them texting me when my items are ready for pickup. I live in Chino Hills, so I make the drive to go to Eastvale, I am that pleased with Kona Cleaners!

I never have to wait too long to get my items back. Most of the time, I don't need to say my name because the manager and some of the staff know me. Everyone is always friendly and professional.

Cleaning done in timely fashion. Have been trying for quite some time to have my dress slacks done with NO creases. But half of them come back creased. Yes creases look better but I do not like the faded lines that eventially show up. I show the employees after every pick up and they to send them back but I need them... I know this happens at the plant but it’s very annoying. Other than that, your service is great.
Very nice place! Friendly people there. This will be my cleaners of choice.
