I took in a pair of pants that turned out to be “do not dry clean” and John’s called me, left a voicemail saying they would hand wash them, but they wanted me to know in case I ever took them somewhere else that might not notice. Excellent customer service and thoughtfulness.

Staff is great, but cost is high and sometime my stuff comes back with broken buttons & broken zippers.

My husband and I just started coming here. We will continue to come back. Extremely friendly, great customer service, excellent prices. They have a drive up window so if you have kiddios, it makes it much easier. They provide many other services besides just cleaning clothes. :)
