Good service but very expensive. $11 to dry clean a single pair of slacks. Will need to look elsewhere.

First time customer after 30 years with another company-excellent dry cleaning wool items-prompt service- received a call when order was completed a couple of days sooner than I expected Very efficient and courteous staff- will definitely continue to use this cleaner.

Had previously had a down comforter cleaned at John’s and they did a great job so I decided to take my Montbell down sleeping bag in. They told me it would be ready in a week which was fine but called three days early to let me know it was ready. John’s did a beautiful job cleaning the sleeping bag and there was absolutely no residual odor! I highly recommend John’s for all your dry cleaning needs.

when i dropped my 3 piece suit off around 12:30 on saturday may 22, i thought the associate manning the desk might reach across the counter and punch me. the first thing he said to me when i walked in the front door was that i parked in the wrong space! he did not seem to be having a very good day. the work was timely, my suit is clean, and i will be looking fresh for the wedding i am attending this weekend. you may want to have a conversation with your employee. he was teetering on the edge and could probably use some b... read more
