Only one item but order was ready early. I was especially impressed with how well John’s was keeping up with all the laundry and dry cleaning from homes impacted by the Marshall fire.
Great fast service. But price seems high. $30 for 2 items. 1 pants and 1 dress.
I can’t say enough kind words about John’s. The service is impeccable. They’re pick-up and delivery is awesome and the drivers are always super friendly.
We dropped off a cotton quilt for cleaning at the Lafayette location and the drop-off process was quick and painless. The estimate was 7 days but it was ready for us in five days. Pickup was also easy - and the quilt looks brand new again. The price quote was fair, and the charge matched the quote. Thanks, John's!
