Danny is the best manager Jack Brown has ever had at this facility; courteous, cheerful, and knowledgeable, and a credit to your company. Dry cleaning has been fine, but laundry is of variable quality. I have had several shirts come back torn and/or stained, and although management has reimbursed for the loss, it seems something in the prcess or equipment must be at fault.
