This sweater was supposed to have been sent to have holes repaired. No one has contacted us since it was dropped off at the cleaners.

Brought my winter coat in to have stains removed and hood reattached with a new zipper. When I picked the coat up yesterday, I asked if the stains were able to be removed and she said yes. I inspected one stain and replied, “no it doesn’t look like this one was.” The clerk responds, “well for the most part”. I was in a hurry to get to an appointment, so I left with the coat. Your Staff is so pleasant and professional. Dry cleaning is exceptional and returned on time. Location at 21st and Rock Road is tidy and clean and the free bottled water is so appreciated.
