Customer service by employees we interacted with was great. Very friendly and informative as this was our first experience with "wash and fold". And although we were provided price information, we found ourselves in a serious case of sticker shock when we received our notice that our laundry was ready for pickup and saw the price. The cost is absolutely cost-prohibitive for our vacation rental purposes.
