Good service but extremely expensive. Will look elsewhere
Although the cleaning was fine, the customer service was terrible. There was a misunderstanding about pricing, a large one. The only thing I can chalk it up to is a language barrier. But they would not honor the price and it really messed me up financially. They just continued to tell me that it was my fault when I checked twice about the pricing. The price should have been honored just once. But because of how they handled it I will not be returning here.
High Tech has quality dry cleaning and alteration services. Outstanding customer service too!
Pants were not repaired as promised. I must make another trip to Hi Tech to remedy the situation
I was told I would get a call or email with a quote to fix my wife's hand bag. The clerk stated it yould be around 20 dollars but that it had to be sent out to know for sure. Never got an email or call approving the work to be done I just got an email that it was done a few weeks later. It was twice the price estimated. It was done well tough and my wife was happy.
I needed a suit cleaned in a short amount of time and they delivered. It took less than 24 hours and I didn't lose my job.
They were able to get stains out of my down comforter that I thought were permenant. My dog got sick and left a really bad stain. I thought it was never going to come out...I was desperate and dropped it off at High-Tech Cleaners. And Voila' !!!
Just went in there and asked if they could put a zipper on my daughters jacket today before the snow comes and she acted like I wanted her to do surgery on it. A zipper shouldn't be hard. I won't refer you anymore and will take my business elsewhere
Hi Tech Cleaners is always friendly and professional with quick service. Best of all, wonderful quality of work. The clothes are always in excellent condition. Love the drop box service in the front. So handy to use for quick service.
