I brought in a zipper to be replaced on a pair of jeans. It works like a champ now. Excellent, friendly customer service! Shortly after the repair I got a handwritten thank you card in the mail. Such a nice touch. I will definitely use Hi-Tech Cleaners again and highly recommend them for their personal touch.
