Every visit, since their initial opening, has been enlightening and a truly professional experience. The girls they hire for the front desk are extremely smart and graceful. It is very difficult to give the adequate praise that HiTech has earned in praise and customer relations. The customer always comes first, which rapidly becoming a rare commodity.
Best Cleaners EVER! Everything done right the first time, whether cleaning or tailoring. And they email you when your cleaning and/ or tailoring is ready for pick up . ...so no extra trips. Cant beat their service.
Have always had a great experience. This last time I had two sweaters mended that had holes in them. One I had kept for two or three years (loved it) but thought it was going to need to go in the trash. It came back looking great. No one would know it was mended unless you took a detailed look at it.
They have been providing excellent service for 7 years now and the staff areawesome

I have been using Hi-Tech cleaners for years. They are simply the best! Anna and her staff (many of whom have been with this company for just as long) are always pleasant and courteous. Service is impeccable; often times completed ahead of schedule. I usually hate writing reviews, but this one is well worth it!
