You’ve always been so kind and helpful. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the way the reminder email is written. It feels offensive and condescending to ask as customer, Do you ever remember what your items look like?” And then threaten to discard them. We can’t know what goes on in other people’s lives. I’d been in the hospital for 2 months unable to move, talk, drive. I would just suggest that the wording be changed. Thank you.
