Everyone who works at HI Tech is very personable and most importantly, knowledgeable. Questions I have about my clothes etc. like "can new elastic be put in my slacks" or" is it possible to have this stain removed" are always answered satisfactorily. We appreciate that they are checked to make sure all is well before their return - very important! B.Willis

Pick up and delivery always spot on!!! Very cordial delivery person!!! We feel bad that we don’t have more to be dry cleaned right now but Matt will back in the office in a few weeks and then we will be back to our normal amount of cleaning

Staff was extremely friendly, informative and followed up with update calls promptly... Very courtesies and cheerful, as well as helpful beyond the normal standard....
