This was my first time using Hi-Tech. I had an area rug cleaned and the service and quality was great. There was an extra charge associated with the cleaning and Hi-Tech called me to approve the charge before they went forward with it. I really appreciated the wonderful customer service and quality. I would definitely use them again in the future!
