This was my first time using Hangers. When I arrived to pick up my dry cleaning their computer system was down. They were not sure how long it would be before it came back up. Instead of making me wait or come back, they found my dry cleaning and gave it to me and asked if they could call me the next day to collect a credit card payment over the phone. I said yes. The next day I was called. I was very happy that I was not inconvenienced by having to wait or come back another time.
