My pick up and drop off experiences with Hangars have been disastrous. Awful. Amy at the Main Street store had to contact the Factory Manager to get most of my items back. Two of my lost items were never found. My experiences with Amy at the Main Street Store in KCMO have all been EXCELLENT and if it were not for her, I would never use Hangars again. I need a pick up and drop off service that works with my home - Sulgrave Regency Condos. I am disappointed.
You and we customers are going to miss Amy as the manager of the South Plaza store .
You guys are the BEST!....won't take my dry cleaning OR sewing needs anywhere else from now on! See ya soon!
