I like the fact that my order is ready on the day that it is promised. my items are clean and pressed. I especially like that the store associate doesn't need to ask my name or what I am picking up. She knew me by sight.

Your service is excellent; your attention to detail is great. My only complaint is that sometimes you don’t get both of our pillowcases back with a sheet order.
