I did not receive a call back in 2 days as to whether my lost pants had been found and/or when I would get them back. I had to call into office to find out myself after I reported the problem of a delivery mix up.

I have been doing business with Hangers several years now and found them to be very good at laundry and dry cleaning. Andrew who picks up my laundry and dry cleaning is very friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a laundry and dry cleaner.

You didn't pick up my clothes for ten days--yes, there was a holiday in the meantime, but Deer Creek office was open, and my order could have been picked up. You apologized, but I'd have liked more response.

Sorry for the poor service, and especially for the lack of response. I see you had not used our services since July (the first and only time you used us) so I'm guessing that our driver assumed you were "on call" and didn't stop by without being notified that you had clothes. We love to serve customers that are infrequent, but we'd prefer that you let us know when you have a bag for us.
