sometimes my shirts are boxed, sometimes they are put on hangers. Always a guessing game with Gunderson
Gunderson always provides great service and meets their commitments. On occasion, they've even rescued me by successfully removing stains.

Friendly and well informed service.
My white sweater was not clean. Because I wanted to wear it I ended up washing it myself and the dirt came out. Very disappointing.

Happy alterations reasonable
I brought my items in late in the day (due to weather) and was hoping (but doubtful) they would be able to get them back to me in a day but the clerk in the store was so nice and called someone to see if there was any way they could do this and she said they could get them back for me the very next day! She was very friendly and accommodating and the next day my schedule was crazy and I had forgot to come pick them up…it was get late and the store was closing soon so they called me and reminded me they had my items ready.
