Originally told me not available till after Christmas. My receipt was dated Jan 4, 22. On January 1 got a text that my order was sitting there for two weeks and would I please come and pick it up! Drove over to store and it was closed. Went back on the 3rd and got it. You need to own your communication accuracy instead of telling the customer that they are not performing their responsibility in a timely manner.

My husband jeans were stitched up perfectly. Very pleased. Staff at the Neenah (by King Wok) Gundersons were fast, friendly, and professional. Zero wait time. Went thru their drive-thru and was waited on right away. We will keep coming back.

Employee was extremely friendly- cost was way to expensive and the minor zipper fix that I needed was going to take too long so decided against the repair since I could get that done elsewhere quicker
