Brought in 2 pairs of pants and needed them hemmed. About one month later the hem's let loose again. This is not the expected work that Gunderson's is known for.

I brought in two pairs of slacks for alterations. One pair that was supposed to be tailored last March had to be redone. Then, when I came in to pick up the slacks, one expensive pair got misplaced at some location and I had to wait over a week until they were finally found. It was really disappointing.
