Great service. This is the first time using your pick up and delivery. I requested ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door for pick up and delivery. You did great with the pickup but your employee didn’t rang the bell or knocked the door for delivery. The shirts were left on a cool fence hanger and stay there for almost five hours. There is some one at home all the time, I will not like to take the chance of some one stealing the shirts, packages were stolen before in my neighborhood. Service prompt and efficient. However, over $40 tp clean a king size blanket seems excessive. No alternatives.

i've been using greene's cleaners as needed for some time now, always happy with the pickup and delivery response. now during the pandemic, that service is even more appreciated. but also, the actual cleaning results have always been good, otherwise the great customer service would have been for naught
