I appreciate the great communication and the great pickup service and the great drop off service I did have to return some items as they were still stained and I communicated the redos and returns
We've been using Greener Cleaner for about 6 months. About 50 items a month. Our building has a pick-up/delivery arrangement. We just put our items in the upc coded garment bag they provide and drop with the Concierge. In a few days, it's all returned. No more lugging plastic wrapped dry cleaning down a windy street. Very convenient as always. Greener cleaner picked up my order in a timely manner, then delivered it back to me after a few days. The items come back pristine and I love that the cleaning method is "green".
You make it very easy from the Carrington in Lincolnwood. I do like the text to let me know that my clothes have been delivered. The clothes always come back great.
