Their slogan is "it's ready, it's right, it's on time" and by and large they live up to it. I've been relying on them for a few years to pick up and drop off my dry cleaning and the few times I've had an issue, they've been responsive and resolved it right away. I like the fact that they've taken some small steps to decrease their environmental footprint such as using durable bags to pick up and drop off clothes rather than putting everything in plastic bags, which I despise, and giving you the chance to opt-out of a pickup ... read more

I needed to shorten the sleeves of a dress. Another cleaner told me they couldn't do it, so I came to Great American. Not only they accepted it without question, did a good job, and the price was very reasonable. Thank you Great American! I will definitely return!
