The price quoted upfront was completely different from what was charged. I called the office and the owner was able to reduce some prices but I am still not happy how it wasn’t transparent at the first place.

I walk into the store and Kimberley which she says her name is looked at me as if I’m some kind of shit in her eyes because I’m black. She ask for my last name which I gave to her and also my first name. She then ask for my number which I also gave to her and what she said next is that we don’t have you in our system. I’ve done my dry cleaning job with this company for more than 5 times even my wife has her card in their system. It’s a terrible place.
