Alterations were done beautifully and my duvet cover is perfect with medium starch!

Good, but you should get back to a more typical turnaround cycle now that covid is over. It should not take more than 3 days. Also, time to get rid of the mask requirement and 1 customer in-store limit. Over 70% of all Californians are fully vaxed, making it statistically very unlikely that the virus can spread. People that still consider themselves at-risk can wear masks or stay home entirely.

Thank you so much for the feedback. Over the past year we have seen a lot of fluctuation on rules and for us our safety of our customers and team members is very important . Keep that in mind we still have everyone wearing masks at our facility and trying to keep social distance.

I took a k blanket in to be cute down to a Full. It was supposed to be ready in a week, didn’t happen. When I went into the shop I was told it would be ready in a week, didn’t happen. I went in again and complained to no avail. I went back in and got more apologies and my blanket would be dropped off at my house, didn’t happen. I am sorry about the delay with the comforter. The comforter looks a little longer to get ready. There were stains that we were working on that look us a little longer to do. If we can do anything to make the experience better please do let us know. Again our sincerest apologies.
We did alterations and dry cleaning. We are so pleased on how the alteration work was done. We were worried we came last minute and might not have it ready on time. But the owner and staff were so helpful in getting it ready ahead of schedule. We are so happy with the over all customer service and quality work. We’ll definitely refer friends and family.
