amazing!!! i got a beautiful cashmere sweater for Christmas but with ridiculous puffy shoulders! I couldn’t find any Taylor who would touch it, but then brought it to Great American cleaners in El Cerrito. The sweater I got back a week later was totally transformed and gorgeous. I will never go anywhere else
I’ve had items not returned and have called about them 3x amd was told someone would get back to me and they never have. So I am out $1,000.00 in European pillow shams….
