I like the consistent friendly pickup and delivery and the hook I installed is always used.

It’s always reliable. You can walk in or they will pick it up at your house or you can drop it off even when it’s closed. They notify you when it is ready. They have reusable bags. It’s in a convenient location.

Your service quality is AAA, and your people are really nice, but your mask requirement is not customer friendly. I would suggest that if your employees believe in the efficacy of masks, then they should wear them. For customers it should be optional.
