First cleaner I have ever found that can clean a silk tie. You have my business permanently.
My first time at Gibson’s. The sales person was very friendly and efficient. I was pleased to learn I could get delivery to my building at no charge.
Stitching on the alterations were uneven and had loose thread in some areas. It should hold for now, but I'm concerned about it coming undone over time. Not worth complaining, but I'll likely be looking elsewhere for future alterations.

My Mackage coat was cleaned beautifully. I’m unhappy that no one called me first with a quote (which I noticed they were supposed to as there was a note attached saying to call with a quote before cleaning ). It was more expensive than originally quoted by $20. I was told this was attributed to it being a Mackage coat with suede and (a little) bit of leather. I could not use my $7 coupon because of this as well.
The experience that I had at your establishment was a good one indeed.
