First time at GI-RO, got my white winter coat dry cleaned and was very impressed with how knowledgeable the employees were. They answered all of my questions and the process went smoothly. Pleasure working with them! Coat turned out great, all stains removed and de-linted. Will be back again soon!
The staff was super helpful and happy to assist me when I realized I actually needed my order a few hours earlier than initially planned. Prices were reasonable and hours for the Tonawanda location are perfect for my schedule. I will definitely be back!

I dropped a badly soiled moldy tent off to Cindy (who is so nice and professional ) to hopefully get cleaned ....i did not think that the tent could be made serviceable but Cindy said they would try...we picked up the tent for "no charge" as we were told the smell would not come out of the fabric. I will recommend Gi-Ro to ALL my friends as the tent to me is 100 percent better i can barely smell any mold and it is so much cleaner...thank you Cindy and Gi-Ro cleaners it is not often that a business acts in this awesome manne... read more
