Took my daughter's winter coat in to be sewn as she had ripped it under the arm. When we picked it up, we could not even tell where the rip had been. The seamstress did she great job. Will definitely recommend to others.
Very nice to me and made my zipper match
My coat was cleaned and pocket was fixed except for there is still a tiny rip in the pocket. It is much better than when I brought in and works like a pocket should but not sure if it will hold up as is. I still will use Gi-ro again and recommend your services to everyone. The customer service is great too as there is great follow-up communication via email about your order and all my questions were answered.
Nicely Cleaned
I dropped my jacket off Saturday with a zipper that needed to be fixed, and it was completed by that Monday. When I dropped it off, the original pick date was that following Friday. Exceptional service.
