To be honest, whoever is responsible for the chat on your website and texting from # 585-735-0093 has been the most helpful, kindest and the quickest to respond to any questions or concerns I had when I think of my recent experience with GI-RO. I am happy with the alterations that were done but I believe you need to be more transparent with your pricing practices. If I need anything in the future I will be in contact with the mystery chat/text person rather than anyone at your brick and mortar location.
Weather I get my clothes cleaned or altered they always come out perfect. They never disappoint.
