I was very late in picking up my laundry. This was due to my not having my car.. They kept me informed as to the status of my laundry. I finally got my car back and was able to pickup the coverlet yesterday. I apologized for the delay and explained why. The person who waited on me couldn’t have been nicer! Great service and quality work! Can’t understand why a women’s shirt is more expensive than a mans to clean and press? Just courteous?

Mens' are very much alike and we have automated equipment to finish them. Ladies' vary more in style and size and many require some hand finishing. We can produce 3-4 times more mens' in an hour than womens'. The price difference is in the labor. That said, you've been a customer for a very long time, and we really appreciate your business!
