The sleeves were wrinkled. I had to re-iron the sleeves.

I love the delivery and pickup service. And my shirts look great. I do have one question. I was wondering why the shirts are on the hangers facing right instead of left. In retail stores, they are hung facing left and in most cleaners I have used it is the same. Just wondering if it is just part of your particular procedure. Thanks again for the great service and the easy delivery! I'm sure the pick-up will be easy as well but I haven't used that service yet.
