Funny how things go from fine for the last three years or more to crap in the last several months where I’m complaining over & over & over again. Also it’s funny how certain people try to explain away their stupid **** as if other people will just accept it and say “oh okay”. Taking business elsewhere. There’s a reason people say “stay in school” you idiots.

In this singular experience, where as I have always been delighted with Gadue’s expertise, in transforming my very soiled items into garments that look brand new, this one time however, I was really quite shocked and deeply disappointed. I was told that Plant staff had mistakenly identified a soiled area on my nearly brand new, Ugg, white fleece comforter, AS DOG POOP, when I do not even have access to any dog!!! I have to say, dry-cleaning is dry cleaning, but don't ever let Penny go (Shelburne Rd branch) -cheerfulness always brightens up my day!
