Got my wedding dress altered here, I got my dress from Kleinfeld and they were gonna charge me an arm an a leg to alter. Happy I got refered yo this company because my dress turned out great!! Can't wait for my wedding day! My dress is perfect!
Exceptional, outstanding customer service!!! You saved us when we were drowning!!! Going to 2 out of state (1 in north & 1 in south) weddings on Labor Day weekend and so busy working neglected to plan wardrobe till last minute and I thought it was too late. You were fabulous! In one day, you repaired, tailored and made all like new and gave us couple of perfect outfits! As impressive, was how calm, reassuring and nice y’all were to me. 20 stars if I could! Don’t go anywhere else!
Fast service with a smile and very personable
My usual Tailor was not available so I took a chance on the seamstress at French Cleaners and they did an amazing job.
I drive over from South Windsor especially to have a delicate cocktail dressed cleaned. Your reputation is stellar. The people that wait on you are knowledgeable and very pleasant. My dress looks great and I am very pleased with how it was cleaned.
I wanted a leather coat many sizes larger than mine. It was altered so well and quickly. Zac was a pleasure to work with and to benefit from.his workmanship
