great service This is a very nice cleaners where you can drop off your clothes to be cleaned. They are reliable and on time. Also, the do a great job with reasonable price. They have quick service without extra charge. I like that they give some coupons ...

Worst customer service As a first time and now one time customer I wanted to be sure everyone knows they should consider asking what their rates are before you take your clothes here. I've never been treated more rudely than I was at the 41st and Harvard location. They made customer service feel like a lost art form. I literally had three emotes arguing with me today saying I never paid for the service and literally...

Bad all around 1 suit and 3 dresses, nothing was done right. They pressed a crease into the suit jacket next to the collar. Two of the dresses had stitched in pleats, they ironed the pleats out of one instead of re-pressing where there is clearly a line...
