Always great service, Andrew at the Victoria store was especially helpful today.
This is the first time that I used this dry cleaner. I came in to get a new pair of pants hemmed and cuffed. The staff that helped me was professional and helped me quickly. I received an text from the cleaners before the promised day, however, when I came to pick up the pants, I found that they were hemmed but not cuffed. I brought it to the attention of the attendant and I had to be remesuered so that the pants could be finished as I requested. I had to call to ask if the pants were completed.
First time client. Overall great service.
The young lady who works the front desk there is AWESOME! She is so kind and professional. She helped me decide the service to use for my clothes and they turned out great! This is the only reason I will return to this cleaners. This young lady definitely brings a hometown feeling to this place rather than a “business”
